Masterton Constructions alongside Becton Properties are proud to have started the redevelopment with the completion in September 2009 of 4 environmental sustainable display homes. This has started the way
towards the future of a 30 year development commitment to community building. |

The approved design incorporates high environmental and sustainable standards and also reflects the cultural needs of the community. We will continue to work closely with current and future residents as we develop
our designs for each stage of the project. |

New Leaf Stage 1 was opened on the 24th September 2009. |

The successful completion of the display homes has secured the start of 60 further new dwellings for Masterton Constructions due for completion in March 2010. |

Bonnyrigg Partnerships along with Masterton Constructions are creating new homes, parks and community facilities as well as providing a range of services including community support, maintenance and
