The Greenleaf Fullerton Cove Retirement Resort located on a 27.7 hectare site off
Nelson Bay and Fullerton Cove Roads, Fullerton Cove. |

It is situated in a semi-rural setting yet is only 15 minutes to Newcastle
and 6 minutes to Stockton. |

The Resort, when completed, will comprise 240 homes as well as
a state of the art Club House. |

The Club House and its surrounds will include a bowling green, tennis courts,
pool and spa, BBQ area, games room, hairdressing salon. |

Rooms for a doctor or other medical sercies, a theatre, library, coffee shop
and a 200 seat dining room. |
 |
|
The resort will be built in eight stages, the first to include construction of 62 homes and
the Club House. It is anticipated our first residents will move in by Christmas 2008. |
