Using the experience of our team we can offer solutions to the ever changing and evolving technologies in both products and building methods. We do this by working closely with a diverse range of professionals such as designers, engineers, suppliers and our experienced construction team. |

Project Costing – Masterton uses a computerised estimating system that provides it estimators with the tools to provide accuracy by electronically automating quantity take-off through to a full bill of quantity. |
Construction Services
Masterton Constructions philosophy to delivery is based on the professionalism of its people. We have experienced team of professionals that come from a diverse backgrounds who understand customer service, cost control and delivery targets. We will appoint the team upfront with clearly defined responsibilities and duties. The construction team will include a Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Site Manager. Our team will work under Masterton’s Corporate Management System that complies with Quality ISO9001:2008, Environmental ISO 14001:2004 and Safety AS/NZS 4801:2001.
Communication is an important element in delivering a project on time and on cost and for this we conduct a fortnightly or monthly Project Control Group meetings and we provide detailed progress reports that monitor the construction and financial progress of the project.
